If
someone leaves you a voicemail, you’ll know because you’ll see the
little upside-down eyeglasses icon in the lower-left corner of the lock
screen. The icon also appears on the Phone tile on Start. Setting up
your voicemail box should be fairly straightforward. If you run into
problems, consult your carrier’s website or the information that comes
with your phone.
1. Listen to Your Messages
On the Start screen, tap Phone.
Tap Voicemail.
Using the keypad, enter your password.
Follow the voice prompts to access any messages in your mailbox.
Tip:
You can find the phone number for your voicemail box in Phone Settings. On Start, tap Settings > Applications > Phone.
Tip:
You can also direct-dial your voicemail box by pressing and holding the 1 key on the keypad.
